About Marinette High School

Located in northeastern Wisconsin, about 50 miles north of Green Bay, the Marinette High School has an annual enrollment of approximately 650 students.

WHY CHOOSE MARINETTE HIGH SCHOOL?  The School District of Marinette established articulation agreements with St. Norbert College, UW-Marinette, UW-Oshkosh, and Northeast Wisconsin Technical College.  These agreements allow students to earn high school and college credits through courses offered at Marinette High School. In the last three years, we have almost doubled the number of transcribed college credit opportunities for students.  For the current school year, we have 14 teachers offering 32 courses for high school and college credit.

"Marinette offers a wide range of classes including Advanced Placement. The Music Program is recognized around the state and has performed around the country. Sports and extra-curriculars are open to almost any interest with highly motivated coaches and advisors."

Marinette High School is part of the Title 1 Schoolwide plan and must include the involvement and input of members of the school community in order for plans to be comprehensive and effective. A planning team must be assembled to develop and implement a Title 1 schoolwide program. This plan is to be developed with the involvement of parents, and other community members to be served, as well as teachers, principals, and administrators.  For complete information about Marinette High School's Schoolwide Plan, follow this link: 2018-19 MHS Schoolwide Plan
